In one of my countless catalogues I'm sure that I've seen a baby table mat with a kind of lip to catch food debris - I can't for the life of me, however, remember where I saw it. Can anyone help?? Does my description make any sense???? (It may have been yellow)
I have just ordered a new table and am planning on trying BLW in a couple of months so figure we need some 'protection'!!

Many thanks

I think I saw something similar in jojo maman bebe. And I know they've got a sale on at the moment so you may be lucky

No idea, because I couldn't find it either, hence me just pointing you in that general direction

Glad someone found you the link though, ours it taken most places now.

We had one of those in blue for DS when doing BLW, I can highly recommend it.

That has just made me realise why I don't ever understand when people complain about mess on the floor when BLW- we barely had any mess because everything dropped into the catchy bit and was recycled back on to the tray .

Will be getting another for DS2 in 6 months or so........

Have just ordered it and am now wondering if I should have got another one for my handbag...

Bit nervous about the whole BLW as I have two older children who I weaned on purees. Really up for giving it a go though!

Tis fab. It didn't seem like any big deal after a couple of days, just felt 'right'. I weaned DD on purees too, but BLW is so much more sensible.

That looks good

Didn't have nowt like that back when we BLW-ed (which was all of - oooh, let me see, two years ago )

We used a large cheap Ikea tray with optional small dog underneath to catch falling bits.
And a small tray for eating out (but no even smaller dog! )

that looks good - we would still end up with a lot of mess though as dd likes to take a bite and then throw away whatever's left in her hand while she concentrates on chewing

Might get one for eating out though - could contain some of the mess perhaps!

Hopeforthebest I did BLW over 2 years ago and they certainly were available then. You just weren't as good on google as me . I got mine from America.

Ooh I forgot all about these, my friend had one. DS loves to eat at the big table rather than using his tray but the mess is off-putting so I think I might get one They fold up for travel as well so would be useful for eating out at places with the trayless highhairs.
