So, I know it's 1g of salt up to a year and I'm quite fastidious/neurotic about it at the moment.
However, my dad will be looking after dd when i go back to work and will have to make breakfast and lunch for her. I'm sure breakfast will be fine but I was thinking she could have things like beans on toast for lunch (easy for a 60 year undomestic bloke to make). But, even the reduced salt ones have got loads of salt in.
How much salt can they have after 1 and can anyone think of easy things a grandad can make for her?
