I'm so chuffed

We've been doing a mix of BLW and mashed meals but today I loaded her tray with chicken, mash, yorkies, broccoli and carrots and she loved it.

She shovelled in handfuls of mash and chomped her way through broccoli and chicken.

She actually ate loads and it was a delight to watch

Just wanted to share

well done - my DS was exactly the same age when he had his first roast dinner at a wedding, and I was sitting there, proud as punch! it's amazing what they can do isn't it?

I was proud too!
She's had finger foods for a while but first time she's tried handfuls of stuff like mash.

DP commented on how nice it was to see a baby really enjoying a meal (probably because he cooked it )

Yay Giraffe and Baby Giraffe! My 6.5mo DS had his first roast dinner this weekend as well but he is teething though so he could only really give the chicken a good suck
