I pureed some cooked sweet potato with breast milk and put it in the freezer in portions. I've defrosted one portion in the fridge overnight.
I'd like to serve it at about body temperature, like I would with breast milk.
Do I heat it until it's piping hot and then allow it to cool till it's lukewarm? Or can I warm it slightly to body temperature and serve? Not sure what's safe and will preserve the most nutrients.
DS is 6 months and has only just begun solids a few days ago so I'm new to all this.
Thanks to anyone who can help
