Just a quick question re BLW and babies in nursery. I am a few weeks into BLW and things are going ok but ds still gags a lot and occasionally makes himself sick with this but I am ok with this and it doesnt bother him much, he just carries on chewing on whatever is making him gag! However, he is at nursery 3 days a week but i have not told them I have begun weaning yet, so my question is, should I ask them to give him toddler food or wait until I have established his feeding (ie he is not gagging as much?). Is it fair of me to say, try him with some toast but he might start gagging in case they think he is choking? I don't want them to be nervous about feeding him and at the same time I don't want to unnerve him if someone starts slapping his back thinking he is choking when he is gagging (which is probably what I would have done if I didnt know to expect it)!
Thanks!!
