My son's is turning 1 next month. I don't know when I'm supposed to start giving him cows milk. Do I take one of his formula bottles and change that to cows milk? What's the best way? Xx

Give him some now with his lunch and see if he likes it

How often would I give him it? Do I completely stop the formula?

See how he takes it. I put my DD straight into cows milk because it was settling her better and she was drinking more of it. She only ever drank 5oz of formula so at 11 months I have her a bottle of cows milk and she took 9oz straight away. Been on it ever since.

If he doesn't like it, try adding a little to his formula and slowly increase the proportion until it's all cows milk. My DS preferred cows milk and refused formula but some kids love their formula and it can take a while to switch over. I think you are supposed to give them formula as their main drink until they are one, after that you can swap to cows milk.
