Baby friendly sausage

Turns out my LO likes sausage but I'm not happy giving him our usual choice of sausages as they are far too salty.

Does anyone know/recommend any with a low(-er) salt content?

Even the 97% meat type ones seem to be on the salty side. If not he can wait until he's older as we don't eat them often anyway.

Sainsburys organic pork sausages are 0.6g per sausage according to my googling

The tesco finest ones we get are also 0.6g a sausage. I find that OK - DD really loves them! Don't have them that often though. TBH I think the reason she loves them is they are a bit salty. Whenever I find something she really seems to like, I go and look for the lowest salt option; which she then doesn't like! Breadsticks, baked beans, cheese, among other things. She is 11mo now though so I don't think about it as much as I did.

That's not too bad as he'd have less than 1 by the time I skinned it and half of it got thrown around the kitchen Grin

He loves salty things too. Licking sea water of his toes is a particular favourite.
