BLW, from a bottle to a cup?

I have a 1 year old baby and she is still having kind of 4 bottles of milk per day. One at 6am, a big one, the second one is small at mid morning, then the third at 4pm and it is big one, and kind of she takes a bit before bed but she does not want a big one any more. Think she is feeling full with the dinner as she is eating quite a lot. She is a baby-led, and she has water with meals in free flow cups. Someone told me she is having too many bottles, that i should put milk in cups, at the one at mid morning and the one at the afternoon. I tried and she does not like it, she spits out all the milk. She relates the cups with water....... how to do it? should i wait more maybe? i tried two other cups but she did not like it either.

I was thinking to start using glass bottles, so glass cups as well in a while, and i found one that can be a nice transition as the sippy cup is similar at the one she has water and the bottle still looks a normal bottle.

Not sure what to do and i would like to start now but slowly. Thanks!

At 12 months you can ditch the bottles and the formula altogether. Cas long as she gets 300ml of cows milk, she'll be fine. So it doesn't matter if she doesn't drink the milk midmorning and mid afternoon.

What time does she wake from her nap and what times are your meals?
