Please can you offer thoughts on our routine and and wisdoms from your own routines?!

I have an 8.5 month old and we have been weaning since 6 months. He was breastfed before then and have just got into formula in the day as I'm back at work soon.

We've had to simplify his routine to fit in antibiotics as he currently has a skin infection so are on breakfast, lunch and tea (7oz and some solids at each meal time). However before then I was trying 7oz feed at 6am ish, breakfast 7-8, mid morning bottle after nap, 7oz, lunch at 12 ish, food and 3-4 oz drink, mid afternoon bottle after nap, 7oz, tea and 3-4 oz drink, night time breast feed and bottle or breast feed in the night.

He's always been at the bottom of the weight chart and had health visitor hassle so was keen to give him all he wants to help him grow!

Need to offer a routine sheet to grandmas this week to look after him while I'm at work so would appreciate help to understand whether we should stick too be routine in which case he might eat less solids if having 7oz feeds at meal times or do we go back to meal times and mid morning and mid afternoon feeds?! Aarrgh!!!!
