New to FF - am I overfeeding DD?

DD is 8.5 months old and has been switched fully to FF from BF in the last few weeks. She had been down to 2 or 3 breast feeds a day (none overnight) & a bottle of formula at bedtime.

The formula carton says she should be on 3 x 210ml feeds but initially she was only taking 80-120mls per feed, so I made sure she was getting 4 bottles a day. I was also keen to keep giving bottles an hour before breakfast/lunch/tea as she was taking very enthusiastically to solids and I wanted to maintain the balance if predominantly milk.

But! These past few days she has been sinking 180mls at every feed (that's as much as I put in a bottle - she has been crying when it is empty but I was worried I shouldn't offer more) and is still guzzling 2-3 solid meals a day. She is a complete spoon refuser so the portions are relatively small but not insignificant!

With BF I was in blissful ignorance as to how much she was drinking but now I am starting to fret that I am over feeding her. I mentioned it to the HV (bad idea) who did say I should be dropping feeds.. Any advice would be welcome as I am clueless when it comes to FF.

How many days? Less than a week or so? Could just be a growth spurt :)

Could well be a growth spurt. Is she tall by any chance? Did the HV check her weight and height centiles?

The NHS recommend moving to 3 solid meals a day between 8 and 9 months so perhaps now is the time to make sure she gets 3 meals every day?

Which meals do you usually give her and what does she like to eat?

I don't get her weighed and measured as she's clearly thriving and I am prone to fretting, so try not to give myself too much ammunition! She's a little pudding and has been since birth. Lots of little chubby fat bracelets you just want to bite.

Yesterday is a typical example of the past few days:

Bottle 7am
8am - 2 little Scotch pancakes with blueberries thrown in, buttered
11am bottle
12am - Chunky bread fingers buttered and dunked in lentil and carrot soup (not sure how much went in!) then a pear
4pm bottle
5pm Gnocchi with bolognese sauce and some grated cheese (huge hit!) then a few grapes
645pm bottle (takes slightly less at this feed 140-160mls)

4 feeds of 6oz is fine as a minimum of 20oz is recommended up to 1 year. she will drop milk intake as her solids intake increases.
