I'm looking at Calcium rich foods for DS who is 7 1/2 mths old. We are combing BLW and puréed meals which he is loving.

Anyway I brought some Kale but don't know what to do with it??!!

Use it as cabbage so make bubble & squeak (you could make them into patties for ds) or soup or stir fried with some cumin & ginger...

I would chop it up small as leafy stuff is quite hard to eat and swallow without a full compliment of working teeth.

good idea though, I should make some for DD.

I've just read that you shouldn't give Kale to baby's under 9 months old!
