I made bread today and without thinking (sleep deprived brain not working..)put some (home produced) honey in it. Would it be ok to give to my LO. I know should not give honey but what is advice on baked products containing honey?

the botulism spores are not killed by normal cooking temps, they are only killed with high temp high pressure cooking such as canning, so not it's not recommended

No. The risk of botulism bacteria is still there even if the honey is cooked. Best to wait until after 12 months Food Standards Agency website has a bit more info.

I have accidently cooked with it when DD was 8 months. Completely forgot.

Parents are advised to not give honey to babies under one.
