4th time mum, first time BLW, any advice on getting started?

Always done purees but DS4 is 23 weeks in a few days and he is sooo interested in food, hes dribbleing and chewing when watching us eat and hes just grabbed DHs toast and tried to put it in his mouth.

Hes sitting unaided and has 2 bottom teeth.

How do I get started, what first foods should I do and cut them up how?

Upto now he jis just having formla and sometimes a bowl of apltimal porridge in the morning, but he wants to self feed with the spoon!
