Travel high chair

Hi

We are looking at travel booster high chairs and wondered if you had any advice or recommendations?

We like the look of this and although this looks good it doesn't actually make the baby any higher up on the seat. Plus neither have trays! Is that necessary?!

Thanks

We use the MINUI Handi Sitt. Its fitted the chairs we have used it on so far from hotels to restaurants. You can get a tray I believe but Ive not bought it. I find it better to hold the food in the bowl myself and either hand DD (8.5mths) her food or spoon it for her. It gives her quite a bit of movement so she can talk to Daddy and I but equally Ive felt she's very safe in the straps and that its secure to the chair.

Hope it helps.

We have the baby polar gear one you linked to and we love it, great for going to friends houses, fits a wide range of chair sizes.

But... no shoulder straps, so only suitable for an older baby that can sit up more or less unsupported (my DD is 10months now, and we've used it the last few months). Seat itself recommends 12months+.

Trays not really necessary if you can pull the chair close enough to a table. And scoopy bibs catch most bits. HTH

Thanks all, the polar gear one is on sale at the moment and our baby is 10months, sitting up well so she should be fine!
