Can my 6 mo old have cathedral city melted on toast for lunch?

Probably. I was a bit finicky about wheat, salt and dairy for ages, but most people would this this was okay I should say.

Yes, perfectly fine.

Yum. Yum. Does cheese have salt in it? <dumb emoticon> Only thinking that if the bread, spread and cheese have salt in them then that's quite a lot of salt.

I only read the title and would like to advise that freshly made would be nicer.

I only read the title and want to know how it was stored - if frozen it might be a bit soggy but won't do you any harm.

just watch the temperature when you give it to him [patronizing] cheese can get insanely hot and it sticks to you...
