I keep reading that LO will let me know when she is ready for solids but how does this work exactly?
She is not quite 4 months yet so I'm not sure she is ready for them but that hasn't stopped her sucking on bread and sampling my ice cream (I didn't mean to let her do this - she pushed herself forward into it and then had a little cry when she realized it was cold).
I'm not sure if it is just part of her "put everything into my mouth" phase or whether she actually wants to try food.
I'm not sure what to do, I think I may call the HV tomorrow but was looking for a wider range of opinions than just hers.
TIA
