I smell

What deodorant do you use? I think I smell and sweat quite a lot and my current one isn't cutting it.

Do you mean a vegan friendly deodorant, if there is such a thing? Sorry that sounds ignorant, I don't mean it to be.

I did too despite escalating anti perspirint use. After reading a book about our microbiomes I stopped using anti-p and went onto a natural no alcohol, no evil stuff roll on deoderant (NOT anti p) After a few less great days adjusting it is so much better.

The only thing I notice is that some of my clothes still smell a bit when I get warm so I had to wash them all really well. I still sweat but it doesn't smell (unless I am super stressed strangely)

Apparently your normal bacteria don't smell that bad but you kill them off with strong chemicals and the ones that replace them smell much worse.

Just be careful because some of the pastes made with bicarbonate will give you a rash :) I am overseas so can't tell you a uk brand but am sure the supermarkets will have something

Store bought deodorants never worked well for me either... I started making my own with coconut oil, bicarbonate soda and lavender essential oil and it is easily the best ever. I know, sounds hippy dippy but trust me.
