Non American vegan baking books?

Just as the title says really. Does anyone know of any?

I want to start baking and I love a book rather than using recipe on phone or printed off internet. They all seem to be American though.

I do have measuring cups etc by the American ones always have staples in that we don't have and seem to talk in code!

Anyone?
