Tredethick Farm Cottages - Which cottage shall we choose

We are booking for next year, me, DH, a nearly 4 year old and a 18 month old by then. Would prefer separate rooms for DC but maybe they could be in together but fear early waking. Not sure about the upside down cottages having to go down to sleep I think I would find a bit strange. Any recommendations?

We have been four times -it's fab!

I don't like the upside down cottages.Did stay in one but felt that bedroom opening onto the garden was a waste, would have preferred it to be kitchen/living room.

Except for Orchard, Searles and Guildhouse the other cottages all overlook each other. you may ok with that, but if you have one of those accept that you will treat your neighbours as holdiay soap opera (and they will do same to you). liddicoat is very nice.

Orchard and Searles are set back and more private.

Guild house is 100 yards up a track so is further from play areas and pool but it has lots of space and a lovely garden(enclosed).

Enjoy it!

Thanks that is really useful - not sure a upside cottage will work with a small toddler. Tip about overlooking each other is good, would prefer a bit more privacy.
