Recommendation for baby-friendly hotels in Scotland

Husband and I are going to Scotland in July with our little 'un who'll be six months then - to visit my other half's family in Dundee. We plan to drive up and to stay in Edinburgh en route to Dundee and then perhaps take in some of the countryside - perhaps Perthshire, Borders or Trossachs.

Any recommendations for baby-friendly hotels/B and Bs in these areas, incl Edinburgh, v welcome.
