Not much at Padstow. Get the ferry over to Rock or walk along to Polzeath where there is a great beach.

We are happy to drive to near by beaches, just prefer nice sandy ones with Toilets and maybe even a shop for a coffee

Trevone is only 5mins away and is beautiful - gorgeous sandy beach, cafe, shop and toilets! Plus there's a very easy walk up to the top for amazing views.

Constantine Bay Beach is a wide sandy beach with many rock pools and plenty of sand. The beach is popular with surfers. The car park at Constantine Bay is small but a field car park is open in summer. An alternative is to park at Treyarnon Bay and walk the coast path to Constantine Bay Beach (only takes about 10 minutes). Toilets are by the car park.

Porthcothan Beach is a pleasant family beach with plenty of sand at low tide and some sand dunes. Parking and toilets are close to the beach.

Treyarnon Bay Beach is an excellent family beach with lots of sand and rock pools. There is even a natural "swimming pool" within the rocks to the north of the beach. There are toilets at the top of the beach along with a small shop that is open during the summer months. Here you can also hire beach kit. For more facilities head into the village at St Merryn or just around the coast to Constantine.
