Hi everyone (its been ages since I postedBlush)

I have just booked our summer holiday after weeks of searching and headaches.
I came over to MN to look at recommendations this afternoon and saw their discount with cottage site. (why didn't I come here ages ago!!Hmm)

Anyway!! There are 7 of us all together with youngest being 6, teenagers and oldest is 20.

I'm looking for budget friendly stuff to do as well as 'treat' things that may cost a little extra as a one off.

We will be visiting the beach/seaside so any thoughts about any in the area or around too please.

I'm actually quite excited now that the stress from trying to get the venue sorted.

A day out in Brighton is a good compromise for everyone. There's lots to do including the Pier, aquarium, i360 tower, toy and model museum, Volk's Electric railway and the older DC will enjoy exploring the The Lanes.
Clambers Soft Play Centre & Battle Zone Hastings is a dual activity complex offering an indoor soft play area and a laser tag outdoor adventure. There are separate websites for the soft play and Battle Zone. Hastings is a nice day out in itself. Ride the West Hill Cliff Railway up to Smugglers Adventure at St Clements Caves and afterwards have a game of crazy golf on the UK's biggest adventure golf complex, home to the annual World Crazy Golf Championships! The Seaside Cycle Hire has an extensive range of bikes for hire to explore the town and the seafront cycle route. They also hire helmets, bike locks and maps of the best routes.
