Our holiday cottage has been cancelled by owner, please help me find one.

Id be so grateful if anybody could help me find a holiday cottage as I've been looking all day, friend and I have planned a summer holiday with our combined 6 children. We are looking for 4 bedrooms , one bedroom must be on the ground floor as one of my friends dc has mobility problems. Good public transport links as I will be travelling by train, preferably in a town by the sea but open to suggestions. From 22nd July for 1 week anywhere in England, budget - under £1700.

If you can manage the train/ferry combo to the Isle of Wight this scout hut looks AMAZING! I've always wanted to stay there. They have a couple of different unique options

Thank you all! Some really great properties but unfortunately we need 4 double bedrooms really, the Kent one is a bit close to us and the Isle of Wight , mission looks amazing but a bit remote. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Even if the properties aren't quite right, it's good to see some other agents apart from the usual popular ones.

Have a look at Atlantic Reach near Newquay in Cornwall, it's a high quality holiday village and there are 4 bedroom properties that are really lovely with 4 double bedrooms one of which is downstairs and there are 3 bathrooms. We stayed there last year and it was lovely easy to get to Newquay and other north Cornwall beaches and there is a lovely indoor and outdoor pool and family friendly entertainment - think a few party tunes for the children.

Thank you that house looks perfect, I hadn't thought of Whitby. I'm going to look into train journeys etc and see how easy it would be.
