Nursery fees

So last year my daughter was 2 and she done 3 half days (1-6) nursery and with the funding I paid 80£ on top. Now my daughter is 3 which means it should be less since the funding is still 570 hours a year but instead for the same days and hours I'm paying 200£ on top a month? Kind of confused at such a big jump on payments when the nursery chargers more for half day 2 year old and less for 3 year old half day.

Does any one know how it works?

Thanks in Advance! :)

I can't see why that would be. The only way you are going to find out is to go in and ask them to explain it to you.

OP you may want to get this moved to the nurseries section of childcare within MN to get more answers.

You can ask HQ to do this for you.

Nursery a receive more money per hour for two year olds than they do three year olds. As you have opted for a deduction in fees rather than " free hours" that's why it has gone up.
