Waitrose money off coupons

Waitrose send me money off coupons but I can't print them. Has anyone else had this problem?

Do you feel as annoyed as me. They eventually sent them by post but the time available was less than I needed to take advantage of full offer. This is the second time I have been sent these inaccessible offers and I can't be bothered with the performance to get them. Been shopping with them on line since Christmas so you would think they could give me the codes I need but no such luck.
