Anyone booked with westwalesholidaycottages.co.uk?

We're thinking of Wales for next year's summer holiday and I've seen a cottage that I really like the look of. It's bookable through westwalesholidaycottages.co.uk whose website says they were set up to provide an online advertising and booking service for independently owned holiday cottages. So basically they are a sort of 'intermediary' (I think) and any booking contract would be between us and the cottage owner.
Has anyone ever used this company? Details of experiences good or bad would be very welcome. Thanks.
