Good small presents for 6 and 9 yeard old boys?

My nephews are tunring 6 and 9 respectively (on the same day, I know, it's crazy but true), and my sis asked me to just get them "something small" and not the same thing as the oldest is apparently now feeling A LOT older than the little one ; ) but being the mum of a toddler girl, I have absolutely NO CLUE as to what boys that age like? Ideally something in the region of £10 - £15, and fairly lightweight as they live abroad so will have to send it by post. Any ideas?

Should add that, as most kids today, they have an absolute abundance of toys, so all standard things like Lego and Geo Tek building stuff and flashlights and action heroes and Gods know what they already have...

I have these ages - what about some small games? Some suggestions might be:
For 6yo:
story cubes - and there are a lot of expansion ones too
dobble - fab game

For 9yo:
rush hour logic game
travel rummikub - smaller to post, just as good as the full game

Will see if I can think of any more.

Thanks! Oh should have said, they don't speak English : ) would you need to speak/read English to play the games? My sis speaks and reads Englsih and can always explain th rules to them, but if the game required you to read English to play it, it will not work...

A bit left field, but would they enjoy advent calendars? They are very much a UK thing (I believe) and if there aren't religious overtones involved, they may enjoy the novelty. Something like star wars lego for the older one and hot wheels for the younger one. Possibly a bit over budget though.

None of those games involve reading, so should be fine.
