Hi all,
I'm looking for suggestions for
a toy trumpet/ recorder/penny whistle for my 17mo.
I'd like one that plays a sound when you blow into it, rather than one where you press a button to make a sound.
Is a party blowout suitable for that age?
Max budget £10. We have most high street stores nearby.
