Does anyone work for Character Toys? Why are their toys to crap!!!! (rant...sorry)

ds1 and 2 are 4 and 2. They love peppa and fireman Sam. Have bought them a few toys only to find they are totally unsuitable for little hands, the doors break off instantly, the Peppa figurines are scary to the point that the boys say " not Peppa" ( true, she looks nothing like peppa..) and the fireman Sam figurines dont fit in the truck so he cant drive ( que tears and tantrum) ...

Why why why!?!?!? Who makes these toys? They are just cheap tat!!! Fot the agerange we need a happyland style playset not sharp plastc. But of course that isnt available. Grrrrrrrr.....
