I have hundreds of gnats!

Put this in the unexplained because I have no idea where else i would put it!!

My house is currently swarming with hundreds of gnats! They are all over and I've tried for two days to get rid of them and they won't leave! I read somewhere that fungus causes them or something like that but honestly I'm generally a really clean person (no mrs Hinch here but I like to keep a tidy home though) so I'm confused on what is is attracting them , really starting to make me itch and feel dirty!

Anyone have any tips on getting rid of these little pests? Or why not to do tips too 😂 just need them gone!!

Haha I think unexplained is for like ghost things!? Maybe ghost gnats.... there weee particularly loads of them in a field the other day! Maybe you have a nice smelling bush? Or a particularly titilating houseplant?!

In other pest related unexplained news, has anybody noticed the wasps being like
‘Homing wasps’ this year? Like Tracker Jackers! Once one sees you then it just won’t bugger off and go and find a flower instead, it wants to be in your face- constantly! I fell out also with a particularly aggressive butterfly yesterday, it decided it wanted to fly round and round my head like a carousel. I (needless to say) was not ok with this

I thought that's what this unexplained genre was for, but I couldn't find a genre to put the gnats problem into and felt this fitted more xD

I don't have any plants or bushes that's why it is kinda "unexplainable" as I can't find a source and they aren't in one place they are all over the house in every room, like dozens in each room.

Yes the wasps has been pests this year! There was none until this past few weeks over where I am and now they are swarming everywhere too 😂
