Perfect home sought for much-loved pony

I'm looking for a knowledgeable, loving home for our gorgeous 14.1hh grey, Connemara type mare. She's done all PC activities, has competed successfully in Area teams for jumping and dressage and is a fantastic all-rounder. Wonderful nature, easy to do in all respects. Excellent to shoe, box, catch and in traffic. 15 years young.

She's been an amazing mother-daughter share (adapting brilliantly to my nervousness and DD's competitiveness). Genuine reason for sale (through no fault of her own); right home more important than price.

We're in south Devon. If anyone's interested, please PM me for more details. Smile

Too big for my girls and too far away, but she sounds lovely.

Thanks for the feedback people Smile

Eve The mud only really shows up everywhere on her hocks Grin

She is a gem: this morning, I sat down beside her in the field for a cuddle. Wish we didn't have to sell her Sad

Mean to add, she's not at all 'mare-ish'.

I told DD when we started looking for her new pony that she could have any colour but grey. Guess what we ended up with? A lovely, white grey with a very few dapples on his bum and a tail with brown hairs in it so it never looks quite clean at the bottom Hmm [grins]

And he hates being bathed.

Oi what's wrong with mares? My mare is BRILL! She's a chestnut one too. Actually I think she is really a re-incarnated bay gelding policehorse!

Exactly what we are looking for! Sadly, just pushed our serch back for another year due to finances. If you still have her next Spring, let me know!
