Horsey team building

Hi
We have a tradition at work to have periodic team building events. I have been scared to death on a quad bike and swung from trees! I would like to suggest an activity that is more within my comfort zone.
I realise that horse riding is not everyone's cup of tea so I was thinking carriage driving or scurry racing. I have had a quick google but I ave not found anything. Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations in the Kent/east Sussex area? There will be around 14 of us.
