Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read my post.

I am a second year undergraduate at Newcastle University studying education and philosophy as combined honours.

I am hoping to gain a teacher's perspective on current learning theory and assessment methods used in the English schooling system for a short report I am writing.

If you are a teacher, I would be very grateful if you could take the time to complete my questionnaire by clicking the link below.

All data collected will be anonymous and if you wish, you may withdraw your participation at anytime.

My survey may take up to 15 minutes to complete. However, if you wish to keep your answers brief, it could be completed in 10 minutes.

Thank you for your time and support on my learning journey.

Place marking to come back to as I have a LOT to say on this, especially re SEND.

One thing I'd read up on is assessment and ableism. Dr Penketh at Liverpool Hope writes about this.

Hello, thank you for responding. Yes, my younger sister was born with Spina Bifida and Scoliosis requiring a shunt at birth. SEND is close to my heart. I look forward to receiving your thoughts on this, and thank you again for the recommended reading.
