Colleague dismissing classes early

The teacher in the room next to mine consistently dismisses classes early. It is really annoying me, as my classes can hear the noise and get restless when I am trying to finish the lesson in an orderly manner. Colleague's pupils then walk past my classroom and hang around the door opening waiting for their mates (there is no other way out of the corridor for them and I often have the door open due to my room getting very hot). It just seems so petty to complain about this, but it happens every single lesson, including form time. Should also point out that this colleague has no qualms about sending a kid round with a note to ask me to turn the sound down, including during form time
