I just had my mid-term appraisal today - should have been done in February. Tomorrow, I have an observation because I was somehow missed out in the Mocksted two months ago. I have a data deadline as well and I haven't finished marking the assessments because we only did them last week, but there were two papers and not enough lessons on the timetable, so they weren't finished until yesterday.
I'll join you in that aargh, OP. The pressure this year has been ridiculous.

Oh just a rubbish end-of-year appraisal. I wish I didn't give a toss but I do. And my dh is away so I can't vent to him.

Can I just say this:

We have literally spent hours on many different days agonising over which children to put in which class and with which other children. Parents, WHY WOULD WE NOT DO WHAT IS BEST FOR YOUR CHILD IN OUR OPINION?

I cannot cope with the uproar.
