Applying for a teaching job in a 6th form college and they've asked for KS4 & 5 exam results for the last 4 years. Have only had a couple of short temporary posts since 2012 due to having babies and before then I have absolutely no idea of my results and no way of getting hold of the information before the deadline (tonight!).
Will it look really crap if I don't give them any results? Can I explain the lack of results in a way that doesn't sound really crap? And do people really keep their group's exam results for the last 4 years?!

Can you show progress for the time you were teaching them, even if it was only a short stint?

The only thing I could use are my current Y11's mock and controlled assessment grades. Although actually I couldn't get those before the deadline! Hard statistical evidence of progress...no, I'm not sure I can show that.

Don't you have some predicted grades?
