I applied for many jobs, got shortlisted but did not get jobs. My HT says to select the jobs that I really really want, and not to go for jobs that kind of OK. Well, then I woudl need to wait long time for an ideal job to come up? and sometimes whatever is on paper - reality is different - you never know what exactly they are looking for...I am now scared to say to HT that I am applying for another job...
