TA Interview on Friday morning: what might I be asked?

I have an interview for a TA post at a secondary school on Friday morning. What sort of questions might I be asked? I'm thinking along the lines of subject specific (English), safeguarding, classroom management. What else?

I only have this evening to research as I'm busy ferrying dcs round half the county tomorrow night.

Just nipping off to make tea but will be back to check any replies later. All help would be VERY much appreciated.

Might be a bit late now but I'll give it a go:
What do you consider role of TA to be?
If someone refuses to do a task what would you do?
Tell me about a time when you disagreed with something being implemented.
What makes you an effective team member?
Have you ever prepared any resources?
Strengths/weaknesses questions.

Probably be a question on confidentiality and also behaviour management and child protection. See if you can find the schools policies on their website and read up.

Thank you for these. Questions were more to do with safeguarding and a talk through the 20 mins I'd spent supporting a child mid-lesson.
Was due to hear by the end of today but phone has not rung Sad.
Having said that, it was the most enjoyable interview I've ever had and it's really focused my attentions on being a TA.
