Finally making headway with the SN kids

I started as a trainee LSA at a special school in September, it's my 4th week this week and I only do 2 days a week so have found it hard to build up the trust and communication between myself and the ones I am with.

This week I've had them asking me questions and wanting help rather than bypassing me and going to the CT.

There's still loads to do and I need to be more confident but this week has definitely been a turning point!
