They get fed at 6.30 am, and then again at 7 pm. Kibble is available all the time. Pre-coronavirus, the dinner campaign started as soon as I got in the door, especially if I had bags of groceries that could be upended and strewn all over the floor they could help me with.

This morning, breakfast was at 6.30 am as usual. Dinner campaign started at 8.30 am. Bastards.

Do they like their biscuits?. If you can see the bottom of this dish shake it to cover the space. They won’t eat it once they can see the bottom.

I’m with the cats here. I’m going into the fridge approximately every 35 minutes to get a snack.

I wish I had a little cat friend to keep us company.

Send pics or it didn’t happen!

This is the closest they get to friendship.

Oh my Thigh, is this actually a thing with other cats, I thought it was just Womble Cat!

It’s a cat thing. Maybe to do with their vision being long sighted I don’t know.

Ours get fed at 6.30 by DH.
They then try to convince me that they're staaaarved and will I feed them.
I don't fall for this because we have an Animals Fed First Rule in our house . And they are really DH Babies so he would feed them no question.

No ad lib biscuits ( after the Vet told them they were "heavy" Shock )

They have a Sixth Sense for the kitchen cupboard (one out of eight doors) that hold The Dreamies .
Any other door meh . That cupboard ........they are there , sitting like Bast (Egyptian Cat Godess)

I remember hearing ours do SUCH a good “your wife forgot to feed me” routine to dh I kept quiet. He earned that extra pouch for the performance he put on.

When dh told me you forgot to feed him I did say I hadn’t forgotten at any point in the last 9 years.

I've got a black and ginger cat too, a good combo.

Simba is the opposite, he keeps going during the night for more wet food.

Dinner one is around 5 pm followed by more wet at about 7 pm.

My sleep is very erratic so he has been yowling for more from midnight to 5 am.

I don't help by giving in sometimes.

Fluffy, Monty (marmalade cat) does that won't eat if he can see the bottom of the bowl thing. Esther, Queen of the Universe, will shove her regal head in any dish, even if there are only half a dozen biccies left. I have even caught her licking an empty dish. Although that may be a guilt-trip thing.
