Hungry, fat cat!

My cat is 17 and arthritic. She's on a combination of satiety and kidney support dry food.

She is very overweight, and can't move around much, but she is also constantly hungry and begging for food all the time. Is there anything I could give her that will fill her up a bit more, without making her even fatter?

If she is on a special diet id talk to the vet. Or buy one of those slow feeder bowls to slow her intake? Make it last longer?
