The litter tray

Does anyone recognise this cat toy?

Anyone know where this pink cat toy might have come from?
I always thought it was an elephant but on closer inspection it has whiskers so appears to be a mouse (not much difference, I know!).
It’s one of Socks’ favourites but the stuffing is coming out. I’ve just searched online but can’t find the same one. We’ve probably had it for four or five years since Matt was a kitten so it’s very possible it’s no longer sold.

I’m afraid I’ve no idea, but can’t you just sew it up or sew a patch onto it. Plus I want to see a picture of Sock. Grin

Is there a label attached with the maker’s name?

You can buy that stuffing in craft shops or just push it back in and stuff it with old wool and sew it up.

It’s coming apart in so many places i don’t think it's repairable. And if there was a label it’s now long gone. It was one of Matt’s so probably five years old.
Poor forlorn kitten has numerous other toys but that was a favourite.
Here she is!

Oh she’s gorgeous. Like a little bat with those ears. Chances are she’ll not want the new one as it won’t taste and smell like the current one.

Have you tried going into ebay and searching by taking a photo of it?

That’s true about the smell and taste because she loved to bite it and wrestle with it.
Hadn’t thought of ebay though, will have a look.
She is a sweet little thing, long and thin, despite eating for England, the total opposite of my chunky tabby. And she’s quite timid whereas he’s very laid back and takes everything in his stride.

Does that toy have velcro along the tummy? It looks like one of the Kong stuffable cat toys but I can't see a pink elephant/mouse.

One of my cats ADORED catnip and used to massacre this brand.

No, it didn’t have any Velcro on it but I just had a look on their site and was rather taken by the pink kitten cuddly toy!
Matt doesn’t like little toys now he’s a big boy of five but he has their Kickaroo and loves wrestling with it.

I recognise it as Harry has it in brown and red. I'm now wracking my brains trying to think where I got them from. I'll let you know if it comes to me!

Thing is, is it 'that toy' or 'any toy'? Won't she notice if her smelly, slobbered on 'Socks toy' is replaced by a new one? I sure would have done as a little un :)

Thanks, Pink.
Yes, that’s the risk, Spartacus!
A new one just wont taste or smell the same...
