Feeding advice for poorly cat

My cat is currently crated (has been for 3wks) and on antibiotics which I was advised to give her crushed onto a small amount of tuna or sardines (something smelly and tasty lol) she has been eating this no problem but is now turning her nose up at normal cat food (she needs to eat this as I put her pain relief meds in it). Any tips or ideas for getting them to eat? I’m also conscious that all she is eating is a tiny amount of the yummy food hardly enough for recouping plus not getting any pain meds.

Food warmed slightly in the microwave so it smells stronger. Obviously that won't work for dry food.
Try some other more smelly foods-Thrive is good (not the cheapest) as it's a complete food and looks like what it says. Schesir do similar but it isn't a complete food but could get the appetite going again. Hills do a/d food which to aid recovery and cats apparently like it (looks horrible but again if it gets appetite back).

Thank you so much. I have tried mixing sardines with the normal food (more sardines than anything) but she appears to know my trick and isn’t eating it as yet (she may cave in later) my concern is that I want to make sure she isnt not eating because she is poorly or just not eating because she prefers the sardines if that makes sense

Prefers sardines.
Mine's in a mood today.
