Trying to convince my friend. (And first time cat parent) that it's perfectly normal to send Christmas cards between cats!

'Course it's normal!!! It's only perverse when it's cats and dogs.

It'd be rude not to imo

The cats and the dog didn't send each other cards last year - but their humans all got one Xmas Wink.

I know someone at work who has a PFC.... She seems besotted but did give me look when I asked if she had bought the cat an Advent Calendar Grin

In my defence. They are very picky with treats and probably wouldn't have eaten them.

Make your own next year? It might be fun!

Our cat finished his advent calendar on 12th December. 😹 He now paws at the empty packet until we find him another treat.
He remembered to send us a Christmas card though so he deserves his treats.

@Oldraver that's the look my friend used to give me. But now he totally gets it! I k ew this when I had a text from his cat telling me off for shutting the door to their downstairs toilet ( where the litter tray is) incorrectly.

Yea Ernie has and Advent and loves it. His first Christmas my Mum bought him one and a stocking (she always has to 'get in first' Hmm) and he turned his nose up, same with the Dreamies.

This year I bought a different one from where I work posh Garden Centre. He chases the pieces round the floor and comes running when I rattle the box.

He did learn by day 13 he could put his paw on the box to stop it moving...before he was going round in circles on the floor Grin

You need to do photo cards with Snorg and Cheddar wearing Santa Hats! You might have to photo-shop the hats on, though Xmas Grin.

I did think that but couldn't work out how to to it!

After posting earlier that our cat had finished his advent calendar already, OH has just come in with 2 more for him that had been reduced at tesco! I don't know what the treats are but our boy loves them....he does usually only get special renal food and biscuits due to kidney problems so I guess they must taste better. 😸
