I had a good snuffle to them this morning and they were very kind. Of course they told me it wasn't my fault that little cat died (they have to say that) but it was reassuring, although I was choked up with a running nose and eyes. I look like Alice Cooper now with mascara streaks all down my cheeks.

They're really good.
