... apart from having to go back to the vet that night as they had left the canula in his paw he has been fine, but hasn't had a poo since he's been home. Should I give the vet a call?

He has been eating, drinking and weeing normally, just no poo. He did have a massive one just before he went to the vee ee tee on Monday morning though.

I wouldn't worry. They often seem to not poo for a few days after an op.

You’d have had to starve pre op so it might just be coming through, so to speak.

Rang vet, spoke to nurse, and she said to bring him back if no poo by Friday. Luckily he squeezed out a few bodgie nuts tonight.

Actually you have to be careful with any mention of poo on here, you often get accused!

Hope kitty is back to normal soon MrsS

Oh no! Not a cat poo or any other type of poo troll! Just worried about my best boy. However, all is well now - he is a gentleman of habit and goes at the same time every morning.
