Cat ate a huge lump of cheese!

So I've done dp some cheese on crumpets and the biggest lump of cheese fell onto the floor. My cat wasted no time and drived for it. I went to chase her and then unfortunately the grill started to nearly set first the crumpets so Needless to say I didn't get the cheese off her, not that she would let me anyway! An I now can't find it, she's ate it!
Will she be okay? She couldn't get her mouth around it! Surely a lot is bad for her?

It was huge really strong cheddar 😣 I hope so. I give her tiny tiny bits rarely as a treat for her, she can tell dp is getting it out the fridge automatically and she will bolt downstairs for some. I just hope it doesn't make her poorly

Cheese is fermented milk, using lactobacillus, which convert the lactose to lactic acid.
As a consequence, there isn't much lactose in cheese, particularly hard types like cheddar, so I wouldn't worry. Cats tend to be lactose intolerant ( not all cats), but most aren't intolerant to dairy protein.
