Cuddly kitty????

Hello,
So a little back story: My boyfriend and I have had our cat (his name is Kitty) since about July (?) and he's always been pretty cuddly. Once we got him fixed last month he became super cuddly which we expected. But. He normally only cuddles with my boyfriend. My boyfriend and I do not live together so I always thought kitty cuddled with him more and avoided me for the fact I do not live there and that he was jealous of my boyfriend paying more attention to me.
But these past couple of days kitty has only cuddled me. When we sleep he sleeps with me and he follows me around the house.
What does this mean?

I second cozie. I think you should POAS. Cats become very clingy to you when you're pregnant.
