Cat spay incision weeping

We had our kittens spayed last Monday 27th October and they had a check up at the vets on Wednesday and all was well.

Tonight I have noticed that the incision on one our kittens (Elsa) looks as though it's slightly wet. She seems well otherwise, is eating and drinking normally and her tummy doesn't feel at all hot.

Is the weeping normal? Should I be worried? We're due back next Thursday for a final check up.

They are british short hair blue kittens and the vet decided to do the incision on the stomach rather than the flank. Thank you.

If there is discharge I would suggest you contact your vet and they will probably want to see her.

Thank you.

The ooh vets glued it, cleaned it up and prescribed antibiotics. The kitten is now very sad and unhappy about wearing her e collar, bless her.
