Hi doghouse,

I've seen lots of recommendations for Kongs but there's so many on Amazon! Does anyone have any recommendations please? And do I need to buy specific puppy ones for a puppy?

Also what do you put in them? I've read about (Dog friendly) peanut butter.

Thank you!

I know lots of people like them but my Skye Terriers ate them, contents, Kong, the lot.
Mind you they also completely destroyed the very biggest Nylabones, the ones advertised as being Rottweiler proof. This one!

Melt cheese, pour in and freeze.

I personally found Kings didn’t work as there was always a bit left at the bottom he couldn’t reach.
The B&M snakes work well, or lickibowls, or a west paw Toppl. Even a slow feeder works.

I use weak chicken stock, gravy, wet food, peanut butter, cheese, yoghurt, baby food, cream cheese etc and then put in dry food, carrot, fish, treats etc

If it’s dog friendly, put it in!
I recommend freezing them aswell.

The size of the king depends on the size of the dog.

The lickibowls I put his normal dry food in then cover with weak chicken stock and freeze.
The purple and red ones and the snakes are all from b&m and the black tubes are just cut from some tubing we had lying around.

I’ve got the large red normal shape ones and I put raspberries in the bottom and Greek yoghurt and freeze it.
I also have some of the Stuff-A-Balls and put big treats in those.

Freezing them is a great idea! @LochJessMonster thanks for the brilliant photos
